Yes. We are a business-to-business service. We do not sell to consumers.

Any property registered with HM Land Registry, which covers England and Wales.

Yes. Every document is an official copy ordered directly from HM Land Registry, delivered exactly as the registry issues it.

Yes. We accept clients based in the UK, the United States, the European Union and Switzerland. No other jurisdictions.

A property address or a title number. If you only have partial details, we will help identify the right title.

By email, one property at a time or as a list. A spreadsheet works for large batches.

As PDF files, by email.

Title registers and title plans usually arrive the same business day. For large batches or less common documents, we confirm timing with you before placing the order.

Cost plus markup. You pay the registry fee for each document plus our service markup. The markup is agreed with each client in writing before the first instruction. Contact sales for a quote. There are no subscriptions, platform fees or minimums.

Bank transfer or credit or debit card, from your own business account or card, in GBP, USD or EUR. We do not accept payments from third parties.

We invoice in advance for the documents you expect to need the following week, and send a monthly statement reconciling what was ordered against what was paid. Any balance carries forward.

We are a business-to-business service and there are no refunds. Orders executed and delivered are final, including where the instruction was wrong.

Only if you stop being a client is any remaining balance returned to the bank account or card it was paid from.
